Text to Speech active despite being turned off

Summarize your bug Text to speech doesn't disable. I had it off when I first launched the game but it still does it for the game chat only. Despite being disabled in the settings. I've tired restarting the game, I've turned the text to speech on and off to see if that would work and it doesn't. It happens in all modes.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, it's been like that since the launch. Perhaps if you enabled the setting and disabled it, the bug would happen,
What happens when the bug occurs? Despite the text to speech option being turned off, text to speech still occurs everytime someone massages in the game chat, reading their name and the accompanying message.
What should be happening instead? Text to speech shouldn't activate.
The text to speech is active despite the setting being turned off.

type %userprofile% into windows search function then go to documents/bf2042/settings/profsave_file, open with notepad and find "TTSEnabled" change it to 0 and save.
