The Game Battlefield 2042 Does Not Appear to Be Installed...

I downloaded this on Steam and I already have a EA account and Origin software.

Steam installed the game OK, I click on Play button expecting Origin to install the game. I get his error.

The Game Battlefield 2042 Does Not Appear To Be Installed. Please Install It or Try Relaunching the Game.

OK I click on Download on the game in Origin Client.

I get the same error...

    @jdbassjr I think I know what the problem is. I keep most of my Steam games on a network drive Z. But Origin games are on a local SSD on C drive. I need to move the game from Z to C to get it to install on Origin.
