Summarize your bug Tracer dart is giving positive hit markers on choppers, but then not painting the target. We aren't seeing flares, or are waiting until the flare is done and darting them to no avail.

This is happening between 2 other friends and myself just this last hour playing AOW CQ. We all tried the dart gun and all had the same results. We had hit markers but were getting no painted target for our launchers. We saw it work one time really close up while they were hovering, so either it's a speed issue where vehicle speed is wiping the dart, or we're not seeing a flare VFX right, or something weird where it's being wiped off automatically.
