Thank you for your advice. I filed a ticket with the same description as here via the EA Error Reporter.

Tried to attach the two log zip files, but it gives me the error "Unsupported extension type" for .zip and .7z files.

Hey @bbcooper,

Did you manage to get the EA app Error IDs? If so, please share them here in the thread.

You should be able to upload .rar files.
