Unable to connect, platform client.

I was playing online  BF2042 until 2 days ago.  Since yesterday It pops up the issue: “Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again.”

I have been unable to reconnect for 2 days  now, while all my friends on EA App are on and currently playing. I am getting this message every time. 

I have cleared cache, cleared persistent storage, have restarted apps, deleted app, restarted my PC, re, restarted modem/router, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, also raised a ticket to you guys , all to no avail. I'VE DONE EVERYTHING. The issue code I raised is the following but no update until now: 32399f55-b1b8-4e1e-bec2-421d20312dfe

I can’t even see me active on EA app nor who is on from my friends. Please help!!!
