Failed to launch game
Hi. In the last 2 weeks I receive all the time this error: "Failed to launch game An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I reset the cash, reinstall application, reinstall EA application and Battlefield 2042, reinstall Windows. SAME ERROR. Game acquisition date is 30 March 2025. Please provide a fix for this error or a way to refund the money for the game conform EU law's

I keep getting this message pop up after trying to start up Battlefield 2042. It's been many months now since this problem started, it used to be (11) but now it's (9). I've done what the agent told me to do including from the website and nothing has worked, I've played Battlefield 2042 for 272.3 Hours and 25/34 Achievements from Steam. I used to play Battlefield 2042 with my brother but since this error started showing up I was never able to play with my brother again. I need help so I can play with my brother again.
Connection issues [PC]
I'm on PC. When I start up Battlefield 2042 - all I get is the opening loop that it's connecting to services .. and then either it goes on forever, or rarely, I'll get an error saying it cannot retrieve persistence data, and that it would go to the main menu ... but it never goes to the main menu. I've tried: 1. Rebooting 2. Knocking a hole in my firewall for Battlefield. 3. Rebooting again 4. Set up alternate DNS 5. Rebooted / cleared DNS Cache, etc. 6. Repaired the install 7. Rebooted 8. Uninstalled / deleted directory .. excuse me - folder 9. Rebooted 10. Reinstalled to a new di... folder 11. Cussed a lot. 12. Performed ritual magics that included blood sacrifices 13. Unplugged Ethernet and connected via wi-fi. 14. Rebooted. 15. Yelled at God to get off my lawn, turned of Wi-fi and plugged ethernet back in. 16. Rebooted. 17. Before any of this - checked downdetector and EA's server status tool. 18. Rebooted. 19. Forgot to say - up around #2 or #3 - I rebooted the router. I think it's safe to say at this point, the issue is not on my end. So - is it rediculous to list my steps out like that? Yes. Is it rediculous to have to do this for a triple-A Title? Also yes. But - sadly, this is the norm with EA. Please help. I've been a loyal Battlefield fan since the 1942 dropped. Even competed until you took the ability to rent servers away. Please help.
Unable to load persistent data (xbox)
ATT fiber wired and unlimited internet. Worked earlier today and the last two days, and now within hours of last playing it abruptly stopped working. If i use a wifi Hotspot it works, but i refuse to use up my Hotspot. Battlefield 4, 1, and 5 all work. Other multiplayer games too.
Battlefield refuses to launch PC
was playing just fine then randomly decided to not launch and the stupid ea app tells me needs permissions to launch so i literally verify that everything is permitted and still does the same crap, windows 11 Pro, gpu 4090fe, tforce vulcan 64gb ram, 9800x3d cpu, msi x870e godlike mobo, all my drivers and bios are up to date, and i literally have zero issues with any other game, only battlefield 2042. and if you tell me that i need to down load anything extra then im uninstalling and will never touch another battlefield game ever, been playing battlefield since battlefield 3 and have not had these issues as with this game.
