Unable to connect to EA server

I don't believe we would have a port that's blocking your internet. Can you try switching to a mobile hotspot? Just as a test, I'd like to see if you can connect through it. if you can, there's something either on your firewall or with your ISP causing you not to connect.
@EA_Aljo I don’t have a way to set up hotspot so I can’t test if it will work, say it did how would I go about fixing it? I bought the game to play with my friends but honestly if it’s going to be this much of a headache to just login Is it really worth it? I can connect to any other EA title that I own no problems.
