Unable to connect to online services Xbox Series X

@Smoren, is it possible that multiple people try to play the game at the same time? And that those multiple people have Gamertags that are all connected to one and the same EA account?

No cause it’s only one Xbox and no one else plays battlefield except me. I tried playing battlefield on my pc last night and same result won’t connect. Something on the server side is keeping my account from playing the game.
