Unable to connect to the EA servers, Battlefield 2042

Can somebody help me I'm getting randomly disconnected after playing BF 2042 for 10 to 15 minutes, it saying thats is unable to connect to the EA servers, I verified my game files and I did everthing...

Hi Kammiiii, I'm here from the EA anticheat team.

The disconnect reason you're experiencing is because, for some reason, EA anticheat on your machine isn't communicating with our backend so the game exits out to prevent players from playing without anti-cheat.

Can you let me know if you've got any firewall rules in place that would block the network traffic?

Can you open up Powershell and let me know if you can reach our network?

Should simply be: curl https://eaanticheat.ac.ea.com.

    @AntiCheatWardHi there! I'm also having the same issue and I've ran the command and got OK as response.
    I have no firewall rules that are blocking the services.

      If you navigate to C:\Program Files\EA\AC on your machine, right click the file that says EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe.

      Go to Properties, and in this new window, click on the Details tab.

      What does it show there? A picture can suffice, or you can just list out what it's got listed for Product version, should look like a "0.0.123456" type field.

      We fixed this error already with those invalid certificates, if your anti-cheat version isn't up to date, please visit the help article to download the latest version manually and install that.

      Otherwise, make sure your network isn't blocking our web traffic, there's nothing we can do if you have firewall rules or similar in place.

        Thanks for the reply!   I have a moderate level of technical literacy. Is there a best practice for making sure the network isn’t blocking it? I can play every single other multiplayer game including EA titles just fine.
