Unable to deploy Irish APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel in all cases.

Summarize your bug The bug is related to Irish and the specialist gadget APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel. When trying to deploy the APS-36 gadget I would typically press the left D-pad button twice or the amount of time until the gadget is shown on the bottom right of the HUD. Then I would press the right trigger to deploy. In game the HUD typically would show two dots above the gadgets, but in my HUD there is only one dot above the gadget for Irish. This bug has eliminated the option to deploy Irish's APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel in all cases, in Portal Custom Matches made by the community, in Dice curated Portal playlists, in All Out War Conquest 64v64, Conquest 32v32, Breakthrough, Rush, and TDM. Concurrently with this bug the HUD should reflect the available gadget and the number of different gadgets available are shown as two dots above the gadget Icon. You would press the left D-Pad twice or more to cycle the gadgets you want to deploy and one dot would highlight which gadget is in had and ready to be deployed. The APS-36 Shootdown would typically be the second available gadget. But in the bug I have observed that there is only one dot above Irish's Gadget Icon in the HUD. I have not found a solution for this issue. From this experience playing as Irish has been less than ideal for most in-game situations. I just don't play Irish in game anymore since this bug first occurred, its not really a choice for me. With out the use of Irish's two gadgets game play as Irish is not great, and is not consistent with my experience when playing as Irish earlier in the year. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have attached a video and a screenshot of the game. I am on the Xbox Series S, I play on the controller that came in box with the Series S.

What should be happening instead? From first spawn in game, when you want to deploy Irish APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel, you would press the left D-pad twice, then press the right trigger to deploy the APS-36 shootdown sentinel. Concurrently your HUD should reflect the available gadget and the number of different gadget available are shown as two dots above the gadget Icon.
