Unable to join matches - black screen and back to Exodus screen

I've had the same issue for months now. I've uninstalled the game multiple times, I've reinstalled the game multiple times, I've turned cross play off and everything else I could think of and the issue is still occurring. I've checked forums for months and I have yet to find a fix to this issue.
