Unable to load into game from ‘play screen’

Unable to load into the game from the All-Out War or Hazard Zone menus. Can click play, find a match, and get the 10 second timer, but after the timer I will get a black screen with the loading symbo...

Thanks for the updates, everyone. 

I am curious if this might actually be connection-related. It sounds like it could be timing out when it's trying to connect to a match, so I'd like to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop this from happening. 

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issue after that please let me know.

@EA_Kent I too keep Having this problem all the time. My squadmates manages to join a game and can Play, but i Get thrown back ti the menu screen. Then when i try join im stuck in queue forever. Only time i manages to join them is if one of them leaves the game

    Just for fun @EA_Kent I would like to add that i have no problems joining Portal games, Only Official servers. Keep switching between No loading and error. Added my Dxdiag for the hell of it.
