Hey @MSG_Blaster,

There was no Update 4.0 preload on PC. The Update 4.0 was only released 40 minutes ago at the time of writing this post.

Sorry ,not 4.0 the last 3.x patch. I see if 4.0 works and up date this thread today.

So the update today seems to have fixed the issue. I'll check back if I have the same issue.

Been having issues logging in for the past 3 days. Have tried all methods to try and fix but no luck.

@jaylor02 I've been getting this error for 2 weeks every time I try to log in. 5% of the time, it lets me in, after hours of getting the error over and over. i restart my EA client and restart my PC also and it doesn't help. I really wish they would figure this out as it really bums me out when I want to play this game but am unable to due to an error code.

For the past 2 weeks I've been getting the 'unable to load persistent data' error when trying to launch the game. Game is unplayable 98% of the time.

I've worked with my ISP and they see no issues on their end or with their equipment.
I worked through all available troubleshooting recommendations from this forum. Nothing works.
I am exhausted from work and the last thing I want to do is spend 3-4 hours launching the game only to give up and be sad.
Please, EA, fix this!
You've got me in a position where I can't get a refund for this product because I did a full-send when it was in pre-order status, so, I'm basically being forced now to smoke test y'alls game.
Where is my paycheck? lol

OMG, its the same issue but its only in the evening. I played for a few hours starting at around 10AM. Tried around 3 pm and could not log in and its now past 9PM and got the same persistence error.
All my other games work so I know its this game and how it connects to EA servers. I have checked my hardware and other things so its something on the server end or my ISP, The ISP has checked my entire network and its fine. if it were the ISP then it would not work in the AM time.
just started a few weeks ago and now if I play in the early morning it works. Don't know if EA is blocking my account in the evening or what but seems strange it works fine in the mornings. I like battlefied but this game and its servers have made me want to quit and move to COD, it works just fine.
