"Unable to load persistence data" - Season 4

I am getting the same out of my PC....

Product: Battlefield 2042
Platform: PC
Please specify your platform model: PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number: NVIDIA RTX 2060 SUPER
Enter RAM memory size in GB  128GB
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? startup loading screen
Please select your region USA, Alabama
On which server did this happen? N/A
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 27/02/2023 06:50
Summarize your bug Game won't launch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to load Persistent Data. game wont launch.
What should be happening instead? Game should launch and put me at the main menu

    Hi all, 

    Since Season 4 has ended and we're already in Season 5 of Battlefield 2042, we're going to lock this thread.

    Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to start menu. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Error code: 15:1305P: 1302P:1300P:1301P:-7A

    I noticed that when i connect my PC over my phone data connection (using wifi or usb tethering and using data phone [LTE or 5g]), this errors does not occur. But if i reconnect back over my fiber optic provider, the error persist.

    Some one else experienced the same behavior: over phone data works, but over fiber provider not?

    One more thinq: using VPN, for some unknown reason, the problem does not occur.

    For me, it is the best solution: if i try to connect over my local provide and the problem happens > i move to a VPN for my country itself (brazil) and it works.

    Hope to help some players! both solution works, but the ping over my phone connection is not really unstable. Connection over VPN works great! #seeYou

    Getting this error after the latest 4.2 update.

    I Have tried the following:

    1. Repaired both EA app and game
    2. Reinstalled game
    3. Switch modems
    4. Did port forwarding
    5. Multiple PC restarts

    I'm a bit lost as to what to do now.
