Sorry for the late reply, I’m on PC and haven’t been able to get into the game for the past week

Hopefully these steps will fix Unable to Load Persistence Data.
Remove all trusted devices from your EA account.
https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/security-privacy/trusted-devices
Logout of your EA webpage account and also logout of the EA App.
Log back into the EA App and try launching the game.

I tried that method today, but now this popup shows up and I can't connect to the EA servers anymore.

I don't believe your account is banned. You would have received a banned message if that was the case.
Did you purchase Battlefield 2042 on Steam?
See if this helps fix Error code: 1:86001S:66003S:-891751198O:0B
Opened the EA app>top left app menu (Looks like 3 horizontal lines)>Help>App Recovery>Clear Cache
