Unable to play Hazard Zone

Summarize your bug Unable to join Hazard Zone. Cross-play turned on. Squad screen showed full squad but still unable to join game. PS5 showed connection speed of ~400MBPS down / 12MBPS up using CAT6 cable connected directly to my LAN. Search time for players took approximately 1-2 minutes. Multiple attempts to join a game were unsuccessful.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hardware: Buy a PS5 and the Battlefield 2042 game off shelf. Connect it to local LAN with Eero6 Pro and Cable Modem. Software: try to play Battlefield 2042 Hazard Zone with Crossplay turned on. Game attempted to play map "Manifest"
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck on screen that says "Your Squad". I can see 4 squad members (including myself). Underneath the listed squad members, game says "Waiting for Players to Join". No error messages alerted on screen. Eventually, after some period of time spent waiting for the game to start, the game will send me back to the prior screen where I can select the game mode and player.
What should be happening instead? The game should see that I have a full squad and load the map with initial map videos, then launch Hazard Zone map scenario for Manifest.
See bug report above. I'm also experiencing other issues with All-out Warfare (Breakthrough, Conquest, Conquest 64, and Breakthrough 64), such as:
1. Inability to join a match for All-out warfare when cross-play is disabled. (100% of time)
2. Error Code: 1:15178951260 (<25% of time)
3. Weapons load out is blank. (<25% of time)
4. Unable to select a different load out (Assault, Medic, Engineer, Sniper) after being killed and attempting to re-spawn. (<25% of time)
In summary, I can only play the game with Crossplay turned on and I can only play All-out Warfare game types. Even still, about 10-25% of the time I still get kicked out of the game or can't load game or experience some other technical issue.
I have tried some troubleshooting already, such as:
1. Deleting the saved cache file on my PS5, then turning off PS5 and unplugging for 5 minutes. This did not fix my issue.
2. Turning Cross-play off, rebooting my PS5, then attempting to play All-out warfare (no luck).
3. Switching from Wireless LAN connection to Wired LAN connection. This increased my connectivity speed, but did not fix any game issues that I am experiencing.
Appreciate any support you can give on this matter. It's frustrating to get a new game with this many issues.
