Unable to respawn or be revived after being downed

@jessestormer I had this bug as well, I think I found the cause of it, when this occurred for me, the enemy team had just taken the last objective in the sector pushing the map back, I think when you die when the enemy team takes a sector in causes different respawn points to be available. I think this is the cause
