Summarize your bug Ever since the most recent update(s) the ability to takeover the Squad Leader role from the current Squad Leader who is not setting objectives doesn't appear to be working anymore. This happens in Conquest Close Quarters and Conquest 64. I will request squad orders (or a teammate will) multiple times and the current leader will ignore requests and never set an objective to focus on. Before this bug the Squad Leader role would be switched to a different player on the squad.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in a Conquest Squad and call for squad orders using Commo Rose multiple times. Active Squad Leader will ignore those requests and the game will not shift the Leader role to a different member.
What happens when the bug occurs? The current, inactive Squad Leader will remain leader.
What should be happening instead? A different squad member should be automatically chosen as Squad Leader
