Those receiving the error when cross-play is disabled, we've sent that up to the team and it's being investigated.
For those on PC whom are crashing. One thing that immediately stands out from the DxDiag reports are outdated drivers for your video card. Please visit AMD or Nvidia's site to download the latest version.
Crashing could also be related to outdated BIOS too. If you are familiar on how to update BIOS for your motherboard it's encouraged to do that as it can minimize the risk of crashes. It's critical you follow instructions on how to do that carefully to avoid any catastrophic damage to your motherboard.
@EA_Blueberry I have updated my BIOS and my graffics are also up to date and it doesnt make a diffrence for me
