Update #1.0 - game stuttering, packet losses

Hi,

 

after last update #1.0 (7.6.2022) I am having heavy packet losses & stuttering in the game.
128 conquest is practicality unplayable and in the 64 players' cases, it's being pretty annoying.

I have tried to:

set the game and EA app to private in the windows defender,
turn off the 3rd party antivirus (ESET),
reset router,
clean cache for the EA app

repair service in the Easy Anti-Cheat

    Hi @iTentiCx, When its red like that, meaning CPU cant handel the load.

    Glad to hear cleaning the cooler helped!

    @iTentiCx I'm on PC and it's butter smooth since the #1.0 update. Game is in its best condition ever. Unstable overclock of ram/cpu/gpu maybe?

    Hi @iTentiCx,is the laptop overheating by any chance?

    Could you run this command in-game while playing to see how you hardware is utilized. PerfOverlay.drawFps 1

    Record a bit of gameplay with it running.

    @iTentiCx you have the same lag as me,if you see the top overlay,you get TN ms lag but not that much as i get,idk whats this but it started after last 2 patches.

    Hi @EA_Atic,

    I had this issue, to be honest.
    CPU was able to get somewhere around 90°C (194°F) and the laptop was restarting, but after cleaning the coolers there is no such an issue.
    I am having something around 80°C with a cooling pad (not great, not terrible :D)

    (I don't like the red line for CPU, so that's the problem?)
    Hope it's visible enough. At the beginning of the video, 1:30, 2:20 it's not overcovered.

    @iTentiCx I was having similar issues. I see you cleared the cache. Make sure to check origin and disable the overlay if you haven't, it defaults to on once you clear the cache. Also go into library and click 2042 and go to properties and at the bottom uncheck that box as well. Lemme know what happens if anything.

    @xpaydayx Thanks for the suggestion, but turning off the overlay didn't help. I have the EA app, so it's possible to only disable it in general (not in the specific game also), but it seems disabled.
