VCAR: Menu description and stats doesn't match the UI and functioanlity in-game

The magazines in general are a mess the magazine the is flush with the end of the grip holds 30rounds in the real world, so every magazine longer than that should have more than 30rds.

Many of the guns in this game have either too few or too many rounds in their magazine defying both physics and logic.
