weapon kills not tracking in portal all of a sudden, will not unlock attachments

I've been playing portal mode, unlocking weapons and attachments as I level up. All of a sudden, about 2 weeks ago, weapon kills stopped tracking and attachments stopped unlocking. Prior to that time...

Could be a BUG progression tracking on the official servers are also bugged right now.
Progression reset, not tracking, etc.

Yeah my stats were wiped and and my mission progress is not counting / updating. (on PC / EU region)
