What is error code 1:4688822970:-4685921b?

I’ve been trying to find a solution for this problem but there are literally no answers anywhere about this specific code. I only get it when I try to party up with a specific friend. The game won’t even let us play at the same time because whenever someone gets online it kicks the other one off. Pls help

Having this issue as well. Tried everything listed here. I can sit in the menu forever and no disconnect but when I play it kicks me out after 5/10 minutes.

Literally just got kicked after playing a few minutes.
