FYI i figured out how to fix it, verify your game files. i had 22 files fail to validate and redownload and now i dont have the issue.

Absolutely not, I only use Windows Defender as a anti virus, have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the game as administrator, ran a repair on Easy AC as admin after an EAC kick & it still happens randomly usually during first round unless I crash (latest patch related) but sometimes after many rounds of play(if im lucky game doesn't crash with black screen or freeze) year later & $100 game still broken ... so dissapointed because when it works I actually have fun.
Nope, didn't do a thing for me. I can't even complete any of the "in-a-round" missions because I either get in a round that's almost over or I get kicked with this error and I have no way of rejoining the same server like in the old days.
Same error as in the original post, hence why I'm posting in this thread. Dxdiag shows no errors. Nothing has changed with my system, so it's not on my end.
