For me the performance issues are completely resolved.

FYI i figured out how to fix it, verify your game files. i had 22 files fail to validate and redownload and now i dont have the issue.
So I last posted about this back in November. None of the 'suggestions' worked so I decided to be patient and give it some time to be fixed. It is now February and nothing has changed. I still get intermittently disconnected with the same error code. And I've noticed that the post has grown to 18 pages. There is obviously some problem with the update that was rolled out just previous to players having this issue that is causing the problem. When will it get addressed? Or at least give players the ability to rejoin the game they were kicked from instead of having to start fresh in a new game.

Hah, punkbuster banned me in BF 3 for 6 months wrongly, then unbanned me and didn't as much as apologize. No thanks to PB!
Mail to PB: "I think you made a mistake, I have no cheats on my PC"
PB: "Screw you cheater scum, you know what you did"

Started happening to me today after the update. That and the delayed key inputs. Gotta love this...
Same here, since the season 4 update I get kicked with the same error of anti cheat violation.

i had the same: playing about 5 minutes then got kicked
my friend told me about xmp problem in memory ram, i was using xmp profile, now i got the numbers myself and i dont have this problem anymore, try this guys: disable xmp profile and put yourself the latency on BIOS ,should work.
Me too and i'm just playing solo with bots
Constantly getting kicked by EAC. Uninstalling, what a waste of my money. BF4 was last game worth playing without any issues.
