    Hi ReNimaG,

    While it's absolutely fine to leave feedback here and discuss the issue, there is unfortunately nobody here who can directly assist with bans or remove them. 

    All I can suggest is appealing to the ToS team again as they have final say effectively.

    It may also be worth checking your account to see if any details have been changed, in case the account was compromised.
