I also have the problem with a Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller the only way I can play is using Mouse and Keyboard and disconnecting my Xbox wireless receiver and the charging case. Unplugging my mouse and keyboard so I don't loose total control for up to 30 seconds is a pain as my tower is in a desk shelve and I must slide the whole PC out and then back in I would rather play using a controller as I have bad nerve damage in my hands from Chemotherapy and Mouse and Keyboard really hurts after about half an hour. I can use a controller fine.

I'm not unplugging stuff from my sim rig every time I want to play Battlefield. This is the ONLY title I have installed that refuses to function with a controller while sim-racing peripherals are also installed. And judging from the other bug reports and responses in this thread, this is a Dice/EA issue and the problem is more widespread than a bunch of sim-racers needing to unplug their hardware (and good luck getting us to compromise on that).
Art of Rally, Circuit Superstars, Apex Legends, and Horizon Zero Dawn all work flawlessly while I have my Fanatec gear connected.
- 4 years ago@Zanardi Right? I fly DCS primarily on my PC and would like to play Battlefield from time to time. Rocket League works flawlessly. But EA is telling me I have disconnect three MFDs, stick, throttle, two panels, and VR headset to get this to work? Get out of here. Do some of that computer stuff and figure this out, EA.
