i am using Xbox one wired.
For me this happens and the cause is Razer gaming keypad i need to disconnect it and also i have to quit Razer Synapse 3 plus quit the processes.i also needed my foot pedals disconnected. works flawless than.
make sure you dont have any of those types of background apps running and only the controller no others. start with nothing but mouse and keyboard. close all background apps test which is causing issue. soon as i disconnet my razer gaming keypad, quit the Razer app and foot pedal. the controller works perfect
