Xbox Series X friend can't see my PC account in the friends list BattleField2042

Totally not able to play with Xbox Series X friend and i'm on PC. When i'm looking in game i see their name in the social friend search. I choose Add Friend and they never receive the notification. O...

    @xyrhon  you need to add them under EA Id so they become an EA friend, 

    That's the friends list that's cross play.

    i have a very similar issue. im on pc and can see my xbox x/s freind via EA ID but he cant see me and my requests dont go through.
