23h in, good, but why delete good features of previous games? feedback and bugs

The BF franchise span a long time, many introduced great features and with new games sometimes these great features are deleted for no reason?

-Bring back demand order command to change squad lead if he is inactive. Atleast we can change squad.
-Bring back server browsers and hardcore mode, matchmaking is so innefficient, my gf and I found out after a match best thing to do is to return to menu and queue again so we can browse menu while waiting instead of being stuck on the scoreboard.
-Hardcore mode need to get rid of stupid stuff like sniper glare and make weapons more powerful.
-Bring large open vehicles map quick, all maps on beta feel small/medium focused on infantry.  It's ok, but most BATTLEFIELD maps should be large open vehicles map for all out warfare.
-Reduce or eliminate sniper glare
-AI commander is ok only if there is no real player doing it, bring back Commander position with support tools like ammo drops (from sl requests), light vehicle drop (from sl request), artillery or missile strike, etc.

-My gf and I would like to be able to pick our character gender

-Being sent on same map twice in a row because of matchmaking is annoying

-I'm glad you re-introduced leaning over cover to shoot, it was cruelly missing in 2042.
-I love the dragging feature to help teammates.
-Good visuals
-I hope we get many more vehicles, so far it's all US vehicles, which belong to NATO team, I hope to see russian/chinese stuff for Pax Armata. Right now both factions feel exactly the same, I can't even tell which side I'm on most of the time.
-I love the weapon customisation, I hope vehicle customisation will be good as well.

Bugs

-M417 icon mag is misplaced
-Com rose command to defend a captured objective does not work
