Account help for the Battlefield 6 Open Beta

Expired login credentials blocking your access to the Open Beta? 2FA codes not arriving?

Your platform is likely linked to a different EA Account, especially if you're a veteran player.

We're experiencing high wait times on EA Help, so skip the line and get answers now

First, go to ea.com and open your EA Account settings. If your PlayStation®, Xbox, or Steam isn’t under Connections, you’re not linked

We know this might be confusing, but don’t worry, and follow along.

Figuring out which EA Account you're linked to starts with the email address. If you already know which email you used, great! Try resetting your EA Account password if you still have access. Can’t remember the email? Keep scrolling, there’s more help below

Noticed something suspicious?

Follow these tips to secure your account if you think it was hacked

  1. Clear your browser cache.
  2. Reset your EA Account password.
  3. Turn on two-factor authentication as an extra security step.
  4. Reset the password for the email address you use on your EA Account.
  5. Keep monitoring your account for suspicious activity and contact us if something doesn’t look right.

Not sure which email you used on your EA Account?

Check your settings in the EA app or your EA Account: help.ea.com/articles/ea-ac

FYI: if you own #FC or #Madden on PlayStation® or Xbox, look for the email in-game

No access to your old email that’s linked to your EA Account? Get in touch with your email service provider (like Yahoo or Gmail) to see if you can recover it.

Linked to the wrong EA Account? Don’t unlink before reading this

There are risks that come with unlinking.

You could lose purchases, progress, or even game access.

Once you've unlinked your platform, you can't link it back to the same EA Account.

You also can’t re-link another account from the same platform (like a second Xbox or PlayStation® account), even if you already unlinked the first one.

Once you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, and link it to a new EA Account, you can’t unlink it again for six months. Remember: You can’t unlink and re-link again to an account on the same platform.

Confident you still need to unlink an old platform account?

You’ll need help from an EA Advisor if you want unlink and re-link again to the same platform account. Learn more about unlinking on EA Help: help.ea.com/en/articles/ea
