Add in Proximity chat

This is the perfect opportunity for them to implement proximity chat, considering this is a Battlefield, being able to communicate with friendlies and enemies amongst the battle will be tons of fun. 

Considering we do have "Proximity chat", but the fact we have to enable it from the settings, instead of having the feature enabled by default, and we can so choose to turn it off. And it only works amongst SQUAD ONLY, is frightful and **bleep** shame to waste a perfect voice chat utility. Even have the ability to have TEAM WIDE not SQUAD ONLY.
