ADS/Mouse movement feels awful

I've played a few matches and spent far too long trying to fix my mouse settings. Something just feels off.

Movement feels a little better, similar to BF3. But ADS/Mouse movement whilst aiming just feels terrible. I tried to adjust for input lag (accomplished for the most part), but it's almost like there's a drag regardless.

Doubt I'll be playing this Battlefield either, unfortunately uninstalled as I was looking forward to it. In it's current state, this won't be the COD competitor as many hope it will be. BF3 and Hardline were the last good Battlefield games, and it'll remain that way until they truly go back to the old school gameplay and movement.

Game also **bleep**s on my CPU for some reason, and my rig is solid. Oh well.

  • The aim thing is CPU stutter. I also have it and did in 2042 when it launched as well. I'm hopeful it'll be fixed because 2042 was unplayable at launch for me because of it, but when i went back 1 year after everything worked fine (and 6 is still 2 months from launch)

  • Same here... I have a cheap Logitech mouse, 800 DPI (125 Hz polling rate). I tried everything you did to fix it, but the problem still persists. It feels like there’s a smoothing filter on my mouse. If you try to spin your mouse as fast as you can, you start noticing that the game stops registering the movement, and the camera doesn’t spin anymore. I was so hyped for the game, but now I’m frustrated that I can’t aim properly like in BF4/BF1. I’ve ordered a new Razer mouse, 16,000 DPI and 1 kHz polling rate, to see if that fixes it for me
