In some games, where you are tasked to take a vehicle or person to a final point. The vehicle or person is on a track already outlined for the game mode. In this instance, your squad leader has the duty or responsibility to direct the asset to places of cover along the route, whichever the squad leader sees fit to take the asset to the rendezvous point, and the asset follows the squad leader. If the squad leader is KIA, the role is randomly given to another squad member where the squad leader then becomes part of the squad relinquishing his role after revival. This is reoccurring until all controlling team members are wiped, or the controlling team successfully transports the asset to the rendezvous point.
