Background noise in lobby and menu

There are some background noises in the menu and lobby that are annoying AF. One is when waiting in the lobby for players, an increasing pitch sound that will loop, I got rid of that by turning the UI sound FX volume all the way to 0 in the settings.

The other one is a humming/buzzing sound as if someone in my neighborhood is outside using a lawn mower or a leaf blower and this remains even with the UI sound FX and Music volume both turned down to 0.
