Battlefield 4 "Test Range" + Bonus

I genuinely would LOVE for the Test Range to make a return. Sure, portal exists and I am sure that there will be people who make their own; but, just in case no one does. I think it'd be awesome to have an official Test Range again. So those of us who want to practice vehicles, weapons; or even the movement. Can do it freely, without wasting points and vehicles in main gameplay. Whenever I go back to BF4, I always. ALWAYS go in to Test Range just to get warmed up. Shooting targets and flying n' driving around to get use to the controls again.

Additionally... Is there a setting to make the Helicopters n' such fly like in BF2042?
