The Battlefield 6 beta is pretty unappealing after a while because it rewards running around like a headless chicken with very low TTK and map design that features far too many flanking options. Battlefield 3 would generally punish this behavior because it requires more careful movement and aim. Chokepoints are needed in a game because limitations make you more creative and smarter. I'm not saying Operation Metro should come back, but map design should be more akin to Grand Bazaar. Something with cover, vehicles, and flanking routs, but not so many that you're constantly getting shot up from all sides at once. A higher TTK gives you more "that was close" moments and increases engagement length, which boost excitement. As it is, you usually outright die in half a second, or you live with little to no damage taken. In the end, the CoD influence is painfully obvious and a negative aspect of the Battlefield 6 beta.
