Beta Feedback

Played the beta all weekend and can honestly say the gunplay and game is great. My concerns with the game are the fact that you only have one Closed Weapons game mode, Conquest. We need more options for closed weapons, and don’t say portal. I shouldn’t have to make my own server to play Closed Weapons Rush. It also makes no sense to make the 99% of official modes open weapons. You just moved the spawn beacon from Recon to Assault, which is a great change. But the game is 99% open weapons modes, so now Assault will just use sniper and that change effectively did nothing. 

My other concern, is long term goals. Old battlefields had things like Service Medals and Ribbons, and not just ones you get every single game. But ones you had to work for long term, or have a tremendous game to get. Bringing those back gives people more to do and work for, even if those seem minor to some people.

Lastly, Platoons. We NEED platoons back in game. It’s a great way to build a community, have actual clan battles (which will complement portal well), and also just fun to represent your clan/platoon.
