I agree pretty much with everything. Slowing the play down by tweaking or changing the 3 mechanics you mentioned will improve the game immensely.
Spotting - I'd rather they changed the uniforms of both teams to red and blue to make them easier to see, than the game needing auto spotting and red dots everywhere to enable players to identify friend/foe or even just see players full stop. Spotting should also be mini map only. Team mates should have a rough idea where enemies are,not the exact bush they are behind.
Health - the regen is crazy quick and makes the medic crate pointless. A medic is just there for revives, and even then a squad mate can do it. I think they should both seriously slow regen and go back to the stages regen of previous games where if you lost more than half, you only auto regen half. This would make medics important again.
Suppression - always controversial but such an important mechanic on the game for balance. With the current laser beam weapons I'd argue it's less important than in previous games, but if we assume they will improve the weapon handling then suppression needs to improve - stopping health regen should be a bare minimum. Like you say, suppression should not affect bullet spread, but it needs to do more to affect the enemy player. I actually think if they sorted out the health regen issue,.this would improve 'suppression' as players will not constantly be at full health so they know that potentially one or two hits will kill them.
That's a very good point about the current suppression being more effective once health regeneration is solved. However, I still think it should affect at the very least ADS sway because of the sniper problem. As a sniper, it is far too easy for me easily line up a headshot on the enemy that is trying to suppress me, even under a downpour of LMG fire. This should be made considerably harder.
