CLASSES
Assault - Feels useless, I get that assault is supposed to be basic infantry but there is no point of me choosing it when I can just go engineer and have a rocket launcher with 5 rockets. Make this class able to choose medical supplies and actually be an asset to the team and not just a basic infantryman.
Support - I really enjoy the med/ammo pack you can drop for everyone I feel like this should stay. Honestly not much to say about support other than to take the defibs away and take the ability away and make the ability something more like a machine gun emplacement with set ammo to actively be able to provide that support by fire.
Engineer - Giving the engineer the ability to combat air and land vehicles is a must along with being able to provide entrances and exits to buildings and or doorways. In short words, MAKE THE ENGINEER GREAT AGAIN! I like how the unguided missiles don't kill unless its direct contact to the body. This takes away from the cheesy players who try and use it around every corner. I do feel like the Assault and engineer class should be afforded the opportunity to use Assault rifles and SMGs leaving the LMGs to support and Snipers to recon.
Recon - Nothing much to add for recon I think recon is good where it's at.
WEAPONS
Weapons & Classes - I really do feel like weapons should be locked to a certain class i.e.
Assault rifles - Assault/Engineer Class
Light Machine Guns - Support Class
Sniper rifles - Recon Class
With this said I also believe certain attachments should only be given to certain classes as well i.e.
0-4x Optics - Assault/Engineer Class
0-6x Optics - Support Class
0-20x Optics - Recon Class
This will help mitigate people from running an assault or support class with a DMR and setting up camp somewhere like as if they were recon!
UNIFORMS & CLOTHING ITEMS
Uniforms - The Nato Team sticks out like a sore thumb; there is nowhere you can blend in with because the camo is just so bright. Walk into a demolished building and you will see NATO without problem. Solution to this could be giving them a better camo to utilize like marine MARPAT.
Clothing Items - I might get hate for this if I haven't already.... Put the Beavis and butthead skin in the game. IM JOKING. I do feel like it would be a cool feature to see clothing customization per class and per rank. Kinda like, Bear with me here, like how it's done in Ghost Recon, Halo Reach, Insurgent Sandstorm, Arma. I'm not saying make it super intricate but like having a medical kit or an engineer kit that I can customize or even different Style Ghillies (recon class) for different terrain environments would be really immersive to the MILSIM community and to players who like these little things. Hell, even an option for players to put in their own custom patch would be pretty darn cool!
