BF6 is good, but some things need to change.
Long time battlefield player. I did enjoy BF6 but it’s missing some stuff.
- CLOSED WEAPON CLASSES, this is a major part of what makes battlefield, battlefield field.
- Bigger maps, this should probably be listed as 1. Also a major part of what make battlefield, battlefield. I don’t even enjoy vehicles right now because these maps are far too small.
- Server browser and community servers. I know they have kind of brought this up with the whole portal thing, but we haven’t seen that yet. I miss the BF4 days with the different platoons that would rent servers
- Battlelog. This was a way for players to play as a community. Also probably what got me into battlefield.
- Theres a lot of destruction, but we need something advanced, we can knock walls down, but I want to drop a skyscraper. We could do this in previous battlefields.
- Stars, ribbons and medals, this is small but it’s special to the game
- REMATCH WITH THE SAME LOBBY. I don’t want to go into a different lobby everytime, let me stay in the server.
- MUSIC RAMPING UP NEAR THE END OF THE GAME. This was awesome, gave you adrenaline, when both teams had 20 tickets left and the music started playing, it was peak.
- TTD (Time to die) needs to be looked at. Sometimes, it feels as if I die in a single frame. Somehow though TTK feels fairly consistent.
Overall, I think the game has a lot of potential, but to be one of the greats, it requires some more work. The Devs have done pretty good, my concern is that they will listen to the wrong people. These COD kids will not continue playing your game. Listen to your battlefield playerbase.
