Bug list from the weekend with screenshots

Several bugs and things I've come across so far. 

1. Many instances of Apache blades not spinning while in flight. Looked like they were stuck.
2. Floating trash and stuff clips through walls
3. 1x instance of falling through bottom of map on a revive (Liberation Peak)
4. Can't figure out how the squad leader is assigned.
5. Sometimes unable to quit to menu.  Just drops you off on the previous scrren.
6. Kill cams show attachments in wrong location.  Usually it's a magazine offset to the right.
7. Got one unknown error 1:85009S, no idea what it was about.
8. Few instances of being downed; but, the screen shows me with my gun up. (screenshot attached)
9. One instance of spawning on a squad mate in a jeep, my camera was about 3 feet behind the turret in a fixed position.  My body was cut in half and I could see it like 3rd person.  I could make the turret spin and shoot.  It was wild.  (screenshots attached)

Some things I personally would like.

1. Add voice proximity chat from enemy team
2. TTK seems a bit quick, meta is becoming gun with fastest cycle rate
3. Lots of lag late night on 7AUG. Others I was playing with were also complaining of the lag.
4. Add Sharqi Peninsula, really just add all the BF2 maps.
5. DLC of 2143 with Titan Mode.
6. Add North arrow on minimap.  Add compass rose to HUD.
7. Allow Recon class to place on map where their UAV spawns, instead of it being directly over them.
8. More verticality in maps would be nice.
9. Make an Easter egg for Thick44.  He worked for Neebs Gaming of Battlefield Friends fame and loved the Battlefield series.

This was all played on PC via Steam download.  Specs are as follows, can provide more detailed information if required.
