Continuing Issues and New Problems

A continuing issue I've been having with the Beta is tools being consumed but not being deployed. I've experienced this the most with recon's tugs and spawn beacon and support's deployable barrier. 

A new problem I've been experiencing is with my loadout for the M39 EMR. Every time between matches and returning to the main menu, my loadout is changed from what I had it set up as to something different. So, I have to go back to the weapon's customization and change the M39 to the loadout I want.
