Controller issues on pc

First thing is when I changed my button layout it doesn't switch the mappings all the way. So now when I knife I also crouch but when I crouch I don't knife. Then this morning I logged on this morning and every time I spawned the gadged on my right d pad would automatically come out and the when I would switch weapons I couldn't pull it back out. Also at the start of the round I would have to redeploy in order to move with my left stick
