CrossPlay

Crossplay in BF6 is a design mistake. And the most absurd part is that only PC players don’t have the right to disable it. Console players, on the other hand, can protect themselves… from us.

Let’s remember: Battlefield was born on PC. It is on this platform that the franchise built its identity: massive maps, demanding ballistics, precise recoil management. An experience designed for precision and mastery, not assistance.

Consoles arrived later, with simplified adaptations and aim assist to compensate for hardware limitations. Today, PC players are forced to endure this gameplay dumbed down in the name of an openness that is anything but fair.

If consoles can disable crossplay, then PCs should have the same right. We want to play among PC players, in an environment where only raw skill matters. Battlefield deserves a playing field worthy of its DNA.

Totally agree cross-play should be an toggle option within settings for us PC players. I didn't know the option wasnt there for BF6.

I'm assuming here, but with your complaints to aim assist and other accessibility features that cater to controller users, I'm guessing you struggle against them in BF...? Further more, by even mentioning raw skill as a major factor to your BF experience Im assuming youre a sweaty player just like myself. Im a VERY sweaty player, so is my entire squad. We completely dunk the majority of console players we run across and consider the cross-play feature as a "farming-mode". So Im not understanding your complaint. You dont enjoy easy kills or are you wanting less farming and a even sweaty'er experience?

It's hard to understand a sweaty PC player is having an issue with console players in BF. With COD and Halo Infinite, totally can relate to the frustration, but BF6 and BF2042? Makes no sense unless you're very static and dont make proper use of the ingame movement.

My roommate, never playing a Bf game before, hopped on straight from years of only playing Apex on Ps5.. 26 and 3 in king of the hill his first match. He's good, but watching him play, aim assist did most the heavy lifting.

Honestly ive a really good ratio like mostly 3:1  4:1 and play objectives as much as i can.
And yes they are easy to kill but i don't want farming game both are really annoying : If i kill them i'm not satisfy bcse who can be proud of killing someone with remote ? And if i'm killed by remote player i will always have a doubt if it's skill or just Aim, even more they can buy cheat engine and it's 100% undetected.
Btw if u like farming, i'm agree to let open Cross for pple wanted this or play with IRL friends but let the option for player like me who want play with real player
