Damage drop-off at range. Other QOL stuff

I believe we see a lot of people discussing TTK being too fast here, and I believe the issue is that we are being forced to be brought closer to one another due to the damage drop-off at range being so bad. The closer we get the faster we can kill the opposition. 

The gunplay at any range past 10 meters feels extremely inconsistent. We are forced to move closer to people to increase the odds of a kill. This needs to be addressed. The damage overall needs to be looked at thoroughly before release.

Sniper glints are too much. You can't even raise your scope anymore without every tank and LMG cross-mapping you. Tanks should not see sniper glints period. In the past, you've been able to effectively see where your bullet travels at range. That's no longer the case. It's become way harder for recon people to enjoy the gameplay. It feels as if we are being forced to put the recon class down more and more every year.

Lastly, I would like to see something implemented that would allow players to adjust classes and weapons in the loading menu. You try to do it right when you load in, and the battle is already happening int the middle of the map. 

Overall, this beta has felt REALLY good. These are just some items I feel need to be addressed in order to make this game better. This has played better than any FPS I have played in recent years.
