If a medic is within 10m with Defibs out or if a medic or squadmate has pinged the downed player, they should not be allowed to skip the wait time. New players are not waiting for revives, let's force them to. It will make the game better and more balanced.
I agree, many new players or goldfish brains wont enjoy it but it needs to be done. We need a better system that encourages and rewards squads when they play the angles right, cover each other. Too many people rush without caution and then simply skip the revive - its their own fault they pushed ahead of the team, its their own fault that the medic cant reach them immediately. Caution and communication needs to be a bigger focus than reckless solo rushing
