Empire State Breakthrough

Both ticket amount and final sector A flag need reworked, final sector is too far close to hostile deployment, too far away to defend from defender spawn and far too easy to capture. A relocation of this point is needed badly. I have yet to see a defender win at this sector, it’s easy to see why.
