Engineer and Support Are Having An Identity Crisis
The support class is super wonky. You either sit back as a support-by-fire role with extra ammo, cover, and an LMG, or you dive into the chaos reviving teammates… with the same LMG. It makes no sense...
I imagine that five class system would help with issues:
- Assault: ARs, UBGLs, tactical ladders, beacon
- Medic: Carbines, defibs, med bag, deployable cover, trophy systems
- Support: LMGs, ammo box, mortar, xm-25 launchers
- Engineer: SMGs/Shotguns, repair tool kit, AT/AA launchers, AT mines
- Scout: DMRs/SRs, PLD, Spy drone, TUGS, C4, Claymore
