Yeah this is a completely fair observation, some games do feel like a steam rolling no matter how hard you try.
Breakthrough is pretty cooked at the moment, attacking is real tough. Still fun don’t get me wrong but it’d be nice to win once in a while.
I’ve actually been trying to think about what causing this as bar breakthrough, there’s no obvious faction related / HQ imbalance. However as I write this I’ve been drawn to how I’ve felt about my last couple of hours of game time.
Since reaching level 20, I’ve noticed that the games are much muuuuuch tighter on average now. So perhaps this is as simple as the matchmaking / team skill balancing needs a bit of tweaking. I’m not advocating for SBMM here, but some kind of methodology where the highest skilled players get distributed evenly amongst the teams.
